Director, Tim Lavender’s career started out over 20 years ago as a software developer for BT were his role evolved into internal consultancy. His consultancy skills were honed at Grant Thornton and has since worked for clients such as AIRMILES and Cisco Systems, Inc. in their EMEA data centre.
Tim has a proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and designing and implementing solutions in often challenging situations with his natural talent of balancing the IT needs with the business demands to ensure successful delivery.

Consultant, Janet Syder has a strong natural aptitude for planning, data analysis, interpretation and effective project management honed through working in the banking, law and insurance industries for many years.
Commercially focused with the ability to balance practical thinking with delivering projects that support a strategic vision and changing business objectives. Will Perry, Client Services Director, has an enviable track record at the BBC, latterly as Head of Action Learning on their award-winning Leadership Programme. Will has achieved much in his own right, working with clients as varied as; Virgin Holidays, B&Q, BBC, Age Concern and Grant Thornton.
